Been real into reading Batman Comics since watching The Dark Knight Rises. Making my way through a list of comics that contributed heavily to the Nolanverse. The list so far, bolded is what I've read so far, italics is on the list. This is more or less the reading order.
Nolanverse Batman Comics Reading List:
The Man Who Falls: Start with this
Batman Year One: Batman's First Year
The Man Who Laughs: Joker's First Appearance (going by my list)
The Long Halloween: Harvey Dent Arc
The Killing Joke: Kind of a standalone story but this Jokers is closer to the one in the movies.
Dark Victory: Follow-up to The Long Halloween
Knightfall: Bane
No Man's Land: Not sure yet, but I believe a lot of the stuff from the movies was taken from this story.
The Dark Knight Returns: Batman returns after being gone for a few years.
Supplemental: Ra's al Ghul Reading
Birth of the Demon: Read before Tales of the Demon, but...
Tales of the Demon:..Not sure where to put these chronologically.
So that's what I've been doing when not being pissed off at steam scammers :P
Also kind of been on the comic book kick since I got a new monitor and I'm using the old one as a vertical monitor :)
Oh yes also finally watching some Anime again. Hunter x Hunter(About what I expected) & Sword Art Online (A nice surprise).

Podcast Recommendations (Comedy)
Get Up on This - "Jensen Karp and a weekly guest tell you what you need to know about - before it gets big"
Last Week on Earth - "News. Pop Culture. Random sh*t. Everything that happened last week"
Both of these (part of the Smodcast Network) have made it into my regular rotation along with Who Charted, Cagcast, How Did This Get Made, and Mike and Tom Eat Snacks (Get up on green tea flavored Kit Kats).

Kotaku Alternative, or Alternative Gaming Coverage
Wanted to compile some somewhat alternative gaming news outlets that aren't kotaku. As well as some select reads.
Online
Killscreen - Review: Fallout New Vegas Add-Ons (It's much more.)
Siliconera - At least it's not kotaku, actually, they break quite a bit of news, japancentric gaming news.
RockPaperShotgun - Minecraft, Mine the Gap Feature
Gamasutra - the anti-kotaku?
Magazines/iOS
EDGE - DJ Shadow: My Favourite Game (Random feature pick)
Game Developer - Fantastic Postmortem features, not sure you can find these anywhere else besides print.
Killscreen - See above.
Steam
PC Gamer Digital - An intresting hybrid and has what looks to be some unique exclusive content. Such as the Bioshock Infinite feature.
